Founder & Chairman Emeritus
Late Mr. P.J. Sheth
Mr. Praful J. Sheth was the founder of Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd. He guided the Solitaire team as the Chairman for 23 years and gave his valuable inputs and ideas to the team. He was a visionary with a knack for business. He built a strong foundation for Solitaire Machine Tools based on hard work, good work ethics and social responsibility.
Mr. Sheth completed his B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from VJTI, Mumbai and M.Tech. in Production Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur. He also held a Master’s degree in Business Administration from VJTI, Mumbai.

Mr. Ashok J. Sheth
Mr. Ashok J. Sheth has completed his B.S. (Mechanical Engineering) from University of Oklahoma, USA. He has an experience of 43 years in the field of machine tools. He took charge as the Chairman and Managing Director of Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd. in the year 2010. He has been heading the team with his dynamic and futuristic approach.

Mr. Hemandra J. Badani
Mr. Hemandra J. Badani has done his Bachelors in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He has extensive knowledge in the field of machine automation and computer programming gained through an experience of over 35 years in this field. At Solitaire, he mainly focuses on PLC and CNC related programming and troubleshooting. Besides technical contribution, he is also looking after Administration and Human Resources.
Whole Time Director
Mr. Harsh Badani
Mr. Harsh Badani is a B.Tech. (Production Engineering) from D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai. He completed his MBA (Marketing) from MS University, Vadodara. He was appointed as the Whole Time Director in the year 2010. At Solitaire, he is in charge of the production department. As a young director, he has brought a fresh outlook to the company with his new and innovative ideas.

Ms. Shilpa Taneja operates an advertising agency in Mumbai and has an extensive experience in the field of marketing and management.

Mr. Bharat V Shah
Mr. Bharat is an Electrical Engineer from IIT, Mumbai. He is an Entrepreneur and innovator in manufacturing of electrical motors for past 40 years and now retired. He has been associated with Defence Department of India in development of wide variety of Special Purpose Motors

Ms. Kesha is a commerce graduate and pursuing for Chartered Accountant. She is currently associated with Niyogin Fintech limited in Mumbai. She has wide experience in the field of Audit and Finance
